Bot Efficiency

This parameter is related to the operator derivation.

In general, it measures the total number of sessions, how many were derived to an operator, and how many were resolved without the need for a derivation.

Sessions: Number of users who started a conversation or replied to the chatbot.

Referrals to Operator: Number of users who initiated the conversation with the bot and were derived to a human operator.
