Services

When we talk about services, we refer to integrations with other applications or software that offer some type of service that the bot could not perform on its own or to expand the value offered by our tools.

As in the Accounts section, enabled services will be seen with a green box and those available and not enabled will be seen in red.

 

The services available are 👇

Customer service

It allows the interaction of an operator with the end user by managing queries generated from the bot to resolve doubts and problems instantly.

Google BigQuery

It allows you to collect information while using the bot, complete questions, answer surveys, and more, for later analysis.

Google DataStudio

It allows you to develop visual reports, in addition to existing ones, based on the information collected by the bot.

 

 

Google Cloud Vision

Advanced analysis of your images with pre-trained or custom models.

 

 

 

Google Geocoding

Allows the chatbot to convert addresses written in text to their corresponding Latitude/Longitude, and vice versa.
