Total Messages & “Unhandled” Messages

Total number of messages received by the chatbot and its comparison of messages that have gone through the “Unhandled” flow.

In the example, in the month of January, of 8756 messages received, 610 fell into the "I don't understand" flow.

 

This may be because the bot did not interpret what was entered by the user, or the bot was expecting a specific response (e.g. one of the options) or the message does not respect the expected format (e.g. it expects an email address and the user enters a number)


“I don’t understand” Index

Percentage-wise, the graphic representation of the “I don't understand” is expressed for each month.

In this case, for the month of January the "I don't understand" rate was 7%, meaning that of 100% of the messages received, only 7% were not understood by the bot.

 

Ideally, this index should not be much above 10%.


Intents

Intents are those concepts, questions, or actions that the bot was trained to detect using Artificial Intelligence.

In this list, we can filter by All (Intentions&Entities), Intentions or Entities.

It shows, from greatest to least quantity, which were the most used Intentions and Entities.
