Dashboard: What do the indicators mean?

The Dashboard indicators included are the following

Active Users

This indicator refers to the number of users who interacted with the bot in the selected period of time.

The Total Users indicator reflects the number of historical users of the bot, that is, those who interacted with the bot from the day it was launched to the current day.

New Users

This indicator refers to the number of users who interacted with the bot in the selected period of time.

The difference between Active Users and New Users refers to how many of the active users interacted with the chatbot for the first time.

In the example, in the last 24 hours, of 156 active users, 153 had never interacted with the bot before.

Something to keep in mind when analyzing this value is that, in webchat, users who have closed the browser and reopened it or deleted cookies/browsing data will appear as new users. Even though it is not the first time, they have interacted with the bot.

Outgoing messages

This value indicates the number of messages the bot sent in the selected period of time.

Incoming messages

When we talk about Incoming Messages, we are referring to the number of messages that the bot receives from users.
