The reasons for resolution are the possible endings that a query may have when it ends.

How to create reasons for resolution?

To create a resolution reason, click the "+ Resolution reason" button.

A new pop-up window will open in which you will need to enter the name of the new resolution reason. To make the changes effective, click "Save."

To remove it, click the "Delete" button in the "Actions" column.

A new window will open in which you must confirm that you want to delete that reason. To confirm and permanently delete the option, click "Delete" and that's it!
