How to close an inquiry?

Once the operator's attention to the user has ended, it is important to end the conversation so that it no longer appears as in progress.

To do this, go to the right side of the module and click on the "Resolve" button.

If there are reasons for resolution, a pop-up will give the possibility to assign a reason for resolution to the query to indicate why it has been terminated. You can read more by clicking here.
