In the case of this client, the need was to be able to “take note” of the data that users were asked
about. The most basic data was captured by the bot and autocompleted before the query was dropped in Customer Service.
In this case, human interaction was 100% necessary to categorize and “filter” the types of queries in relation to their sales potential.
Once the query is finished, the data automatically travels via API to an internal client system to then send
them a budget adjusted to their needs.
The fields to complete in this tab can be adjusted to the needs of each project.
Once all the necessary data is completed, there are different options to store it:

You can configure the fields you need. It can even be matched to your CRM or impacted by a Google
spreadsheet, so data travels automatically once the query is complete. 📥
