About the Customer Service Module
The Customer Service backend allows human operators to take conversations that have been derived from the chatbot for attention.
The backend allows operators to centrally manage referrals from the different channels (WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram, Webchat) where the chatbot is active.
IMPORTANT: The Customer Service backend is separate from the bot manager and therefore has a different access URL and its own users and passwords.
