Accounts

When we talk about accounts, we mean the platforms where the bot can be enabled.

In the Manager, we will see a green box and a "Go to bot" button on platforms where the bot is enabled, and a red box and a "Request account" button to request them.

By clicking on the "Go to Bot" button, you can access the bot on that platform.

Platforms available are:

  • Web Chat-Tonic

  • WhatsApp

  • Messenger

  • Telegram
