How to change customer service hours?

It is possible to establish the operators' opening hours, modify them, and include exception hours such as holidays.

Important: The opening hours determine when the bot will derive queries or send the message that the operators are out of service. For this reason, correct configuration requires special care.

Within the opening hours panel it is possible to check and uncheck business days, modify opening and closing times, and include single or recurring exceptions.
