Can I customize the logo in the webchat?

It is ideal that the WebChat logo reflects your brand so that your customers know that they are communicating with you.

In WebChat, the chatbot has two "statuses": minimized and expanded, and you can choose a different
image for each of them.

Regarding the font, you can share the image/s that you want us to apply to your chatbot on your Trello board. In the Personalization & Review list, find the WebChat Customization card and attach the files there.

Types of Bots

Minimized button

You can select a specific avatar image for when the bot is minimized on your website. The specifications of this image are:

  • Format: Square with margin to be cut in a circular format.

  • File type: .png, .jpg, or .pdf (ideally with a transparent background)

  • Minimum size: 200x200px

Expanded button

You can choose an avatar image for when the bot is deployed. The image specifications are:

  • Format: Square or rectangular.

  • File type: .png, .jpg, or .pdf (ideally with a transparent background)

  • Minimum size: 200x200px
