Within the Chat-Tonic manager, there are two types of user roles: Administrator and Basic. Among them, there are some differences regarding the permissions that each one has. 

The basic user will be able to see the following features:

  • Dashboard

  • View conversations

  • Access to customer support platform

  • Reports

  • Chat-Tonic Support

The user with the administrator role will be able to see all the complete manager functionalities, with unrestricted access.

  • Dashboard

  • View and download conversations

  • Access to customer support platform

  • Artificial Intelligence Module

  • HSM submission

  • Reports

  • Chat-Tonic Support

  • Current and possible integrations

  • Settings
