I cannot enter/log in to the platform

If when you enter your username and password you cannot log in to the platform, review the following points to see if you are forgetting any steps 👇

• If you are trying to log in to Manager, make sure you go to: https://chat-tonic.com/manager/loginn

• If you are trying to log in to the Customer Service module, please make sure you are accessing this link:https://customerservice.cloud.chat-tonic.com/manager/login

• Remember that Manager and Customer Service have different usernames and passwords. When your users were created, you should have received two emails with the credentials for each one.
