Cuando un operador recibe una nueva consulta, esta va a figurar como Pendiente.

Haciendo clic sobre la consulta, se despliega la conversación y simplemente haciendo clic sobre el botón de Atender en el margen inferior de la página, la consulta es atendida y se puede empezar a conversar con el usuario.

When an operator receives a new inquiry, it will appear as Pending.

By clicking on the query, the conversation is displayed and by simply clicking on the Attend button at the bottom of the page, the query is answered, and you can start chatting with the user.
