How to download the Reports
Within the “Reports” section we will find several items with metrics that can be easily downloaded.
In the sub-items Usage Metrics, Bot Efficiency and AI Statistics we will find different graphs.
Below and to the right of each one, there are four different buttons that will allow us to download them in different formats. Like all module menus, it is possible to segment metrics by date.
These reports can be downloaded in CSV, XLSX, PPT and/or PDF.
CSV/XLSX: Download spreadsheet with numerical data.
PPT/PDF: Download the chart.
Remember that the reports will be sent to your email box compressed in a .zip file
Download NPS metrics
Also in “Reports” we will find the sub-item NPS (Net Promoter Score). In addition to the buttons to download the graphs and spreadsheets, we will find in the upper right corner a button to download an additional list of Promoter, Passive and Detractor users.
This report will also be sent via email as a spreadsheet in XLSX format
