HSMs are messages based on a template previously enabled by WhatsApp, which allows companies to initiate an interaction with their customers proactively.

Important: The HSM has a cost*, and you can only send the recontact once per query.

*Since the cost depends on the WhatsApp provider used, we recommend checking with the Chat-Tonic team responsible for your project.
