When the chatbot asks users for data, they are saved in a Lead.

In general, the goal of this step is to obtain a series of data about the person and gives the possibility of
tracking something in the bot's browsing experience.

This data is usually captured when the user goes through a certain funnel.

These leads can be stored in:

✅ An API

✅ A CRM (Hubspot, Freshsales, etc.)

✅ Google Spreadsheets

✅Microsoft Sharepoint

We implemented the possibility of saving the data we obtain through the chatbotbot (leads) in a spreadsheet, allowing quick accessibility to it.
