Dentro de la sección “Reportes” encontraremos varios ítems con métricas que se pueden descargar fácilmente.
En los sub ítems Métricas de uso, Eficiencia del bot y Estadísticas de AI encontraremos distintos gráficos.
Abajo y a la derecha de cada uno, hay cuatro botones distintos que nos permitirán descargarlos en diferentes formatos. Al igual que él todos los menús del módulo, es posible segmentar las métricas por fecha.

How to download the Reports
Within the “Reports” section we will find several items with metrics that can be easily downloaded.
In the sub-items Usage Metrics, Bot Efficiency and AI Statistics we will find different graphs.
Below and to the right of each one, there are four different buttons that will allow us to download them in different formats. Like all module menus, it is possible to segment metrics by date.
