¿Cómo crear motivos de resolución?
Para crear un motivo de resolución, hacer clic en el botón "+ Motivo de resolución".
Se abrirá una ventana emergente nueva en la cual deberá ingresar el nombre del nuevo motivo de resolución. Para hacer efectivos los cambios, hacer clic en "Guardar".
Para eliminarlo, hacer clic en el botón "Eliminar" en la columna "Acciones".
Se abrirá una nueva ventana en la cual deberá confirmarse que se desea eliminar ese motivo. Para confirmar y eliminar definitivamente la opción, hacer clic en "Eliminar" ¡y listo!

How to create reasons for resolution?
To create a resolution reason, click the "+ Resolution reason" button.
A new pop-up window will open in which you will need to enter the name of the new resolution reason. To make the changes effective, click "Save."
To remove it, click the "Delete" button in the "Actions" column.
A new window will open in which you must confirm that you want to delete that reason. To confirm and permanently delete the option, click "Delete" and that's it!
