Que no esté aún entrenada la respuesta y deba hacerse.
Consultas del usuario que no estaban identificadas y contempladas de antemano.
Términos que efectivamente no deba entender.
Emojis y caracteres especiales.
Los no entiendo nos indican cómo habla el usuario y es importante analizar las ocurrencias o repeticiones que tienen.
