About the Customer Service module

The Customer Service backend allows human operators to take conversations that have been derived from the chatbot for attention.

On this platform, operators can centrally manage referrals from the different channels (WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram, Webchat) in which the chatbot is active.

IMPORTANT: The Customer Service backend is separate from the Bot Manager, therefore it has a different access URL and its own users and passwords.
