The I don't understand report is a very important tool to identify and analyze those expressions that the bot cannot understand for different reasons, including:
That the response is not yet trained and must be done.
User queries that were not identified and contemplated in advance.
Terms that really should not be understood.
Emojis and special characters.
This report can be filtered by Category, by Entities and by Occurrence.
By clicking on the expression that is not understood, the detail is displayed and by clicking on the button with the two speech bubbles 💬 you can go to the conversation where the I do not understand originated.
With the "Ignore" button you can ignore that expression when it has been trained or if it really should not be understood by the bot. In this way they will go to the next tab present in this report, where the ignored expressions are listed.
Finally, by clicking on the "Download" button you can download the list of expressions not understood.
This report will be sent to the email of the user who requires the download in a zip to download. The ignored ones will appear in the downloaded report.
