Great! If you already have a verified FB Manager account, the only remaining step is to associate a WhatsApp number to that account, which will be the phone number the bot will be using.
Some considerations:
The phone to be used cannot have WhatsApp installed or running. If you have it, you must unsubscribe from WhatsApp on the phone, wait 24 hours, and then complete the registration step in WhatsApp Business API.
Keep in mind that registering the new phone can take between 6 hours and 5 days, in the case of having a verified business, or weeks in the case of having a business created by Embedded Onboarding (Only for Gupshup users).
The name of the business that will appear under the WhatsApp number will be the name of the Business Manager. If it is being created for the first time, the name of the Business Manager must match the company name.
If, for some reason, the company name must be other than the fantasy name that must be used on WhatsApp, it must be verified via the web that the fantasy name is associated with the legal name.
The final step is to receive confirmation that the number has been verified and associated with the account correctly.
