Can my bot have buttons?

The buttons in WhatsApp are known as Interactive Messages and are currently available for GupShup and Infobip.

The use of buttons gives the user a simpler way to find and select what they are looking for from your business.

WhatsApp has two main types of interactive messages: List messages and Reply buttons

List messages are useful when we have to offer the user several options. For example, it could be applied to the bot's main menu.

Important: This type of solution only allows listing up to 10 options, and the option texts cannot be more than 20 characters.

Reply buttons offer the possibility of displaying options in a button format.

Important: This type of solution only allows buttons to be displayed if the options are no more than 3 and the button texts cannot be more than 20 characters.
