If you are trying to log in to Manager, make sure you go to: https://chat-tonic.com/manager/loginn
If you are trying to log in to the Customer Service module, please make sure you are accessing this link:https://customerservice.cloud.chat-tonic.com/manager/login
Remember that Manager and Customer Service have different usernames and passwords. When your users were created, you should have received two emails with the credentials for each one.
