This guide is a practical step-by-step guide on how to send HSM.
Enter the Chat-Tonic Customer Service module
Display the menu on the left of the screen and select the WhatsApp HSM option
On the screen that appears, fill out the fields with the required information 👇
Phone: Enter the phone number of the user you wish to contact.
The number must be entered in the format requested by WhatsApp. For more information, check the following official WhatsApp page
HSM Template: You must select the HSM you want to send.
The template to be sent must have been previously sent to WhatsApp for validation
When selecting the template, the text will appear with the parameters to complete.
Once the necessary information has been completed, click on the Send button.
Once the HSM has been submitted, an inquiry will automatically be created in the Conversations tab.
👉 The inquiry will be automatically assigned to the operator who sent the HSM.
👉 Like all queries, this can be derived to another operator if necessary.
Once the user answers this message, the conversation can be answered like any other Customer Service query.
