The Manager allows you to manage and supervise the Customer Service backend, as well as provide access to the different modules available for the analysis, collection and supervision of information entered through the bot.
IMPORTANT: The Customer Service backend is separate from the Bot Manager, therefore it has a different access URL and its own users and passwords. The CS backend can be accessed from the Manager, but not vice versa.
