Enter the Chat-Tonic Customer Service module
Display the menu on the left of the screen and select the WhatsApp HSM option

On the screen that appears, fill out the fields with the required information 👇
Phone: Enter the phone number of the user you wish to contact.
The number must be entered with in the format requested by WhatsApp. For more information, check the following official WhatsApp page
HSM Template: You must select the HSM you want to send.
The template to be sent must have been previously sent to WhatsApp for validation
