El backend de Customer Service permite a operadores humanos tomar conversaciones que han sido derivadas desde el chatbot para su atención, a través del explorador del dispositivo del operador humano.

En esta plataforma, los operadores pueden manejar centralizadamente las derivaciones de los distintos canales (WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram, Webchat) en los que el chatbot está activo.
