El Manager permite gestionar y supervisar el backend de Customer Service, así como proveer acceso a los diferentes módulos disponibles para el análisis, recolección y supervisión de información que ingresa mediante el The Manager allows you to manage and supervise the Customer Service backend, as well as provide access to the different modules available for the analysis, collection and supervision of information entered through the bot.
