El reporte de los no entiendo constituye una herramienta muy importante para identificar y analizar aquellas expresiones que el bot no puede comprender por diferentes motivos, entre los que incluimos:

  • Que no est茅 a煤n entrenada la respuesta y deba hacerse.

  • Consultas del usuario que no estaban identificadas y contempladas de antemano.

  • T茅rminos que efectivamente no deban ser entendidos.

  • Emojis y caracteres especiales.聽

Este reporte puede filtrarse por Categor铆a, por Entidades y por Ocurrencia.

  1. Haciendo clic sobre la expresi贸n no entendida, se despliega el detalle y haciendo clic en el bot贸n de los dos globitos de di谩logo聽💬聽 se puede ir a la conversaci贸n donde se origin贸 el no entiendo.

  1. Con el bot贸n"Ignorar"se puede ignorar esa expresi贸n cuando se haya entrenado o si efectivamente no deb铆a ser entendida por el bot. De esta forma pasar谩n a la siguiente pesta帽a presente en este reporte, donde se listan las expresiones ignoradas.

  1. Por 煤ltimo, al hacer clic en el bot贸n "Descargar" se puede descargar el listado de expresiones no entendidas.聽

This report can be filtered by Category, by Entities and by Occurrence.

  1. By clicking on the expression that is not understood, the detail is displayed and by clicking on the button with the two speech bubbles 💬 you can go to the conversation where the I do not understand originated.

  1. With the "Ignore" button you can ignore that expression when it has been trained or if it really should not be understood by the bot. In this way they will go to the next tab present in this report, where the ignored expressions are listed.

  1. Finally, by clicking on the "Download" button you can download the list of expressions not understood.
