Esta guía es un práctico instructivo de cómo enviar HSM paso a paso.
1) Ingresar al módulo de Customer Service de Chat-Tonic
2) Desplegar el menú a izquierda de pantalla y seleccionar la opción WhatsApp HSM

3) En la pantalla que aparece, completar los campos con la información requerida 👇
Teléfono: Ingresar el teléfono del usuario al que se quiera contactar.
El número debe ser ingresado con el formato requerido por WhatsApp. Para más información, consultar la siguiente página oficial de WhatsApp https://faq.whatsapp.com/general/about-international-phone-number-format/?lang=es
HSM Template: Se debe seleccionar el HSM que se quiera enviar.
El template a enviar debe haber sido previamente enviado a WhatsApp para su validación.
4) Al seleccionar el template, aparecerá el texto con los parámetros a completar.
5) Una vez completada la información necesaria, hacer clic sobre el botón Enviar.

6) Una vez que se haya enviado el HSM, se creará automáticamente una consulta en la pestaña de Conversaciones.
👉 La consulta será asignada automáticamente al operador que haya enviado el HSM.
👉 Como todas las consultas, esta puede ser derivada a otro operador en caso de ser necesario.

On the screen that appears, fill out the fields with the required information 👇
Phone: Enter the phone number of the user you wish to contact.
The number must be entered with the format requested by WhatsApp. For more information, check the following official WhatsApp page
HSM Template: You must select the HSM you want to send.
The template to be sent must have been previously sent to WhatsApp for validation
When selecting the template, the text will appear with the parameters to complete.
Once the necessary information has been completed, click on the Send button.

Once the HSM has been submitted, an inquiry will automatically be created in the Conversations tab.
👉 The inquiry will be automatically assigned to the operator who sent the HSM.
👉 Like all queries, this can be derivate to another operator if necessary.
