About the Customer Service module
El backend de Customer Service permite a operadores humanos tomar conversaciones que han sido derivadas desde el chatbot para su atención.
En esta plataforma, los operadores pueden manejar centralizadamente las derivaciones de los distintos canales The Customer Service backend allows human operators to take conversations that have been derived from the chatbot for attention.
On this platform, operators can centrally manage referrals from the different channels (WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram, Webchat) en los que el chatbot está activoin which the chatbot is active.
